Our farm is an ideal location for team building activities that promote cooperation, communication and trust. We offer a range of hands-on, engaging activities that cater to all interests and abilities:
- Dry Stone Walling: Work together to learn and practice this heritage skill, building something lasting while strengthening team bonds
- Allotment Management: Collaborate on planting, tending, and harvesting crops in our allotment, culminating in cooking sessions where you enjoy the fruits of your labor together
- Animal Care: Get involved in looking after our animals, from feeding chickens to rounding up sheep, fostering teamwork and a sense of responsibility
- Conservation Projects: Participate in tree planting, hedgerow creation, and habitat maintenance, contributing to the sustainability of our beautiful farm while working as a cohesive unit.
The cost of a Team Building day is £2,000 for a group of up to 24 people.
